Kory Swanson is Executive Vice President of the John Locke Foundation. Prior to joining JLF in 2000, Swanson was associated with the Social Philosophy and Policy Center at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Swanson holds a J.D. and a Masters Degree in Philosophy.
