Posted by Mitch Kokai at 06:58 AM

As we flip the calendar page to welcome 2011, the latest edition of Carolina Journal Radio looks back at some of the most interesting topics covered in 2010.

Joseph Coletti discusses outrageous federally funded stimulus projects in North Carolina, while John Hood explains why state lawmakers are bound to face pressure to raise taxes next year.

Transportation expert Randal O’Toole of the Cato Institute will tell us why we’re stuck in traffic gridlock, while Christopher Wolfe of the Thomas International Center will explain the importance for limited government of a concept known as “subsidiarity.”

Plus we’ll hear an assessment of the financial status of North Carolina’s State Health Plan for government workers and retirees.
