NC Congressional Delegation well represented on the aisle

I think the only Member of Congress to lay the first heavy kiss on the President when he left the House Chamber was Virginia Foxx from the 5th Congressional District. Democratic Rep. Mike McIntyre even had to rush over and shake the hand of the President. Patrick McHenry and Elizabeth Dole were also seen on the aisle to meet and greet the President.
