Improving North Carolina's tax competitiveness

N.C. Senate leaders have touted their tax reform package as a way to boost the state's competitiveness with its neighbors.
John Hood already has said he doesn't buy it, and today's speakers at a special Tuesday Shaftesbury Society luncheon raised similar concerns.
