House GOP caucus decries secretive budget process

N.C. House Republicans had planned to use a news conference just before noon to discuss flaws in the budget developed by their Democratic counterparts.

But Minority Leader Paul Stam, R-Wake, says Republicans still haven't seen the budget. Stam and Reps. Thom Tillis, R-Mecklenburg, and Pearl Burris-Floyd, R-Cleveland/Gaston, discussed the current budget situation and answered questions.
