Most dangerous public schools in the state

Did your school make the list?

Two schools, Longview School (Wake County Public Schools) and Metro School (Charlotte-Mecklenburg Public Schools), each earned the title of “persistently dangerous school.”

A “persistently dangerous school” is one in which five or more violent criminal offenses were committed per 1000 students during each of the two most recent school years.
