Edwards in 2002: Go to Zell

Only two years ago vice presidential candidate John Edwards said, "It's absolutely critical that Democrats reach out to people like Zell Miller." During last year's "Rock the Vote" Democratic presidential debate, moderator Anderson Cooper reminded Edwards of his quote and asked, "What did you do wrong?"

As you'll read, Edwards couldn't explain why, but after Miller's Republican convention speech the final divorce documents were signed last night.
