In this terrific Reason.tv video, my friend and former boss Virginia Postrel recounts her experience as a kidney donor and breast cancer survivor, and how her recovery reinforced her principled objections to "universal" health care and convinced her of the necessity to overhaul the flawed, employer-based (non-consumer-driven) U.S. system.
