N.C. unemployment rate dips to 10.0 percent, still exceeds national average

North Carolina's unemployment rate continues to drop, but the state spent its 16th straight month in double-digit unemployment territory in June.

Joe Coletti credits economic uncertainty as a key factor slowing North Carolina's recovery from the economic slump. He discusses the issue here and in the video clip below.
