Borders makes case for 'radicals for rules'

You've likely heard of the impact of a far-left treatise from the 1970s titled Rules for Radicals. Opinion writer Max Borders of the Free to Choose Network has flipped that title, delivering a speech to the John Locke Foundation's Shaftesbury Society with the name "Radicals for Rules"
