Gun Control: "It Means Hitting your Target!"

This article from the Washington Times this morning is interesting because it says there has been an increase in "gun crimes with a decrease in the overall crime rate."  The only thing I have to say about that is, once you put one of these bumper stickers on your car you don't have to worry about criminals.
