The owners are just putting in $600,000. The federal government is borrowing $9 million, Cumberland County is borrowing another $490,000 with subsidies from the federal government, and the state and county together will pitch in another $400,000, reports the Fayetteville Observer.
With taxpayers putting in all of this money, you’d think they might at least get some free pancakes.
