The NC DOT will host an open house tomorrow, February 25, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the NC Arboretum. They want to improve an interchange. Judging from the map, which one do you think needs help? The spaghetti where local traffic must cross four lanes of Interstate in less than thirty seconds to get to the other side, and people have been known to get lost and drive in circles? Or a straightforward easy on, easy off exit?
