CEI lays them out in a recent post. It’s a long list, but here are a few highlights:

“The time of famines is upon us and will be at its worst and most disastrous by 1975.” (1968)

“New ice age coming.” (1971)

“Earth appears to be on the verge of a great peril to life on this globe because of threats to the ozone layer.” (1974)

“As a practical matter … there’s no question acid rain is a front page concern.” (1976)

“No end in sight to 30 year cooling trend.” (1978)

“Maldives: A gradual rise in average sea level is threatening to completely cover this Indian Ocean nation … within the next thirty years.” (1988)

“Snowfalls are now just a thing of the past.” (2000)

“Major European cities will be sunk beneath rising seas as Britain is plunged into a Siberian climate by 2020.” (2004)

This is why old-timers like me aren’t impressed by the climate change scare-mongers.
