Human dignity loses in Wake County today.
Wake County commissioners have voted to reinstate elective abortion coverage to the Wake County insurance policy, effective March 19. The vote was 4 to 3 and is listed below. A “yes” vote reinstates elective abortion coverage. A “no” vote opposes the reinstatement of elective abortion coverage.

Commissioner Norwalk — YES
Commissioner Ward — YES
Commissioner Gurley — NO
Commissioner Coble — NO
Commissioner Webb — YES
Commissioner Bryan — NO
