Boone lost its ETJ. The maneuver is viewed as yet another attempt by state legislators of the R persuasion to decrease revenue streams flowing into strongholds of the D persuasion. That would mean that somewhere in the media and in the legislative halls somebody is realizing that general fund expenditures do not exist in silos.
