A Massachusetts state education employee pleaded not guilty to charges that he took bribes in exchange for certifying teachers who did not meet state licensing requirements. It took an undercover sting operation to finally catch the man in the act. (Way to go Boston police department! You are battling true crime now!)

The best part of the story was this statement,

Administrators at the schools where those charged with bribing him were teaching apparently noticed no shortcomings

Hmmm. No certification and yet no shortcomings. What could this possibly mean? Any thoughts, governor?
