Meanwhile, a blogger for the State Policy Network drew attention to JLF Vice President for Research and Resident Scholar Roy Cordato‘s work on certificate-of-need restrictions. Cordato’s work proved popular with SPN bloggers this week, as he was also quoted reacting to new poll results that show North Carolinians are unwilling to accept large increases in gas prices or electricity costs to pay for global warming policies.
