I argue that if this passes, it’ll be just another complete inversion of something promised to North Carolinians if only they’d support the 2000 higher education bonds ? i.e.,
“This is not as much about bricks and mortar as it is about providing opportunity for your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren and fueling the economy of North Carolina”
