In today’s Daily Journal column, John Hood observed, “Conservatives on the Wake school board need always to remember that their cause is the just one ? that they are the ones fighting for the rights of parents and students.”
I am one of those parents. My son, who will start kindergarten next fall, is one of those students.
After I participated in the AFP rally on Tuesday, a critic of the school board identified me as “a staffer for the John Locke Foundation.” This description only tells part of the story. First and foremost, I am a father who has a lot at stake in the debate.
