Make that downright shocked that The Charlotte Observer today runs with my response to its raise-taxes-now editorial of December 5. Thought the window on that one expired on Monday, pegged as it was to League of Cities event last week and the Monday night city council discussion of the Carolina Theatre.
But we are thankful for any opportunity to present a contrary viewpoint to the community.
