Suprise, suprise. The Charlotte Chamber of Commerce is touting a survey that finds “overwhelming” support for an Uptown baseball stadium.
Wonder if that survey mentions that the baseball stadium will generate no property tax revenue? In other words, it will be like the Uptown Arena rather than like Bank of America stadium.
Oh, maybe it does not matter. I’m sure Chamber members do not mind paying higher taxes so that Don Beaver does not have to pay any.
