Bill serves as the John Locke Foundation’s multimedia producer. In this role, Bill creates research, communication, and video products for the organization. He is an experienced freelance writer, illustrator, and video creator. He holds a BA in Anthropology and a minor in English from North Carolina State University.  In his spare time, Bill works on perfecting a health and nutritional program to help people with autoimmune disease. He enjoys 80s Cinema, Martial Arts, and blue-collar beers.
