Carrie Leggins is the Director of Operations at the John Locke Foundation, where she manages the organization’s daily functions and ensures the execution of programs, initiatives, and administrative processes. She works closely with the CEO to improve internal operations and ensure the organization functions efficiently while supporting the organization’s mission. Before joining the John Locke Foundation, Carrie worked as the Development and Operations Manager at the Civitas Institute, as well as at the Foundation for Economic Education (FEE).
Carrie holds a BA in Political Science & International Affairs and a BA in Latin from Wake Forest University. A North Carolina native, she is passionate about her home state and all that it has to offer. In her spare time, she enjoys taking trips to the beach, practicing yoga, and working on home DIY projects.
