Colin Tierney is a summer 2026 intern at the John Locke Foundation. He is a senior at Elon University studying Strategic Communications and Media Analytics. Before joining Locke, he interned at the North Carolina General Assembly for the past two summers. An Apex native, he enjoys exploring North Carolina from the mountains to the coast with his family and friends.
