Jack Karsten is a Senior Research Analyst in the Center for Technology Innovation at the Brookings Institution. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Public Policy and Public Administration from George Washington University. Jack also holds a M.A. in International Science and Technology Policy from GW and a B.A. in Economics from Boston College. He has published numerous reports and blog posts on tech policy topics at Brookings as well as the online and print editions of the International Affairs Review.
