Kaitlyn Shepherd is a policy analyst with the John Locke Foundation’s Center for Effective Education.
Prior to joining the John Locke Foundation, Kaitlyn served as a research assistant with the Idaho Freedom Foundation’s Center for American Education, where she conducted research primarily on matters of K-12 education policy. She has also served as an intern and research assistant for legal and policy studies with the Family Research Council.
Kaitlyn is a graduate of Evangel University and Regent University School of Law. Originally from the Midwest, Kaitlyn enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her camera.
