Kelly Mann is the John Locke Foundation’s Grassroots Director and coordinates the organization’s engagement with community groups. Prior to joining Locke, Kelly founded and built a group of community members across the state to influence education legislation. Her time in education has spanned from time as a Wake County teacher to consulting higher education instructors on course content. Kelly is passionate about making a difference in North Carolina education. She is a graduate of Wake Forest University with a BA in Communications.
Kelly is a mom to three beautiful girls. She loves all activities outdoors from stand-up paddle boarding and golf to cheering on the Deacs during football season-#godeacs.
