Kyler Froning is a spring intern at the John Locke Foundation. Outside of his role at Locke, he is a student at North Carolina State University, pursuing a BA with majors in political science and religious studies, as well as an additional minor in history. He is a graduate of Apex high school right here in Wake County, though he is originally from Detroit, Michigan. Kyler is a former wrestler and runner and still enjoys both sports. Additionally, he also volunteers with College Mentors for Kids, participates in campus ministries, plays tabletop games, and cheers on the NC State Wolfpack in his free time – unless he’s studying for a class.
