Mark Frazier is cofounder and president of Openworld Inc.
(http://www.openworld.com), a nonprofit group specializing in
microscholarships for eLearning and grassroots initiatives to raise land values in economically struggling areas. He has worked with entrepreneurial schools in securing land grants, and consulted on free economic zones as a way to build assets in more than 50 countries for public and private sector clients. A former publisher and managing editor
of Reason Magazine, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and is a past visiting fellow of the Lehrman Institute.
