Elijah Akeem Ashford, 24, was given 36 months probation for a March 2008 felony robbery conviction, according to state corrections records. Ashford, along with his brother Aaron, have been charged by CMPD in connection with the shooting death of exotic dancer Juquina Harris, 27, in the parking lot of the Silver Fox Club on Statesville Ave.
