The market-based economy has endured much criticism in the wake of the recent worldwide financial crisis and the ongoing sluggish recovery. But the Rev. Robert Sirico, president of the Acton Institute, offered a faith-based defense of market principles during a keynote address Monday night for the Campbell University Adam Smith Club’s annual banquet.
