The indefatigable Don Luskin, who smokes out just about every piece of statist blather from the mouths of leftist pundits and politicians here resurrects Al Gore’s laughable 2000 campaign idea about a Social Security “lockbox” and uses it with great effect against those who want S.S. to go doddering along provided they can make some political hay by misleading people.
