The Journal goes off on Rep. Alma Adams:
The leader of the Legislative Black Caucus has trivialized this nation’s problems with racism by charging that investigations into the misbehavior of black legislators are racially motivated……Adams has taken this nation’s long history of racial problems and used it as convenient political cover for alarming behavior by some of this state’s black legislators.
While it’s refreshing to see a liberal newspaper like the Journal admonish Adams, the editorial writers seem surprised that such a tactic was used.
