North Carolina voters have made historic changes in leadership of their General Assembly.

Dallas Woodhouse, state director of Americans for Prosperity, discussed his group’s role in contributing to that change during a presentation today to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.

Woodhouse also looked forward to 2011, outlining some legislative goals the new Republican-led legislature should pursue. You’ll hear some of his ideas by watching the video clip below.
