Today, I am annoyed because partisans want to demonize each other, and to do so, they look for snaggly, nitnoid technicalities because they cannot get elected if they name that which they want their constituents to think they think is evil. Then, when arguments reach the courts, one must be on some kind of prescription antidepressants to be able to follow the back and forth of the appellate process, as if anybody even cares anymore.
