This is the time of year where we all get warm and fuzzy as sages talk down to us and tell us to stop doing donuts and wheelies in our automobiles. School buses are out, and they have chi-i-i-i-i-i-i-ildren in them.
Well, we learned this morning, through the appropriate public relations filters, that emergency vehicles were dispatched to tend to a “minor” bus accident in which the flim-flam transport for chi-i-i-i-i-i-i-ildren “scraped” a guy wire, causing a utility pole to “shift.”
Reports do not tell us what the cable was doing in the middle of the road, and whether or not it was intentionally trying to provoke the bus driver. This incident underscores the necessity for more outreach and education to raise awareness.
