My wife tried to leave a voice mail for U.S. Sen. Kay Hagan, D-NC, to urge her to vote NO on cloture and NO on the Harry Reid’s 2,000-page government takeover of health care bill, but, guess what, both voice mail accounts in Washington are full, as is the one in her Greensboro office. None is taking any more messages.

We all know what that means. North Carolinians by the thousands are urging her to do the same thing my wife wanted her to do. But what are the odds that Hagan will heed the voice of the people? I wouldn’t put any money on it. My guess is she has been in Harry Reid’s pocket from the beginning.
