Dome reports former U.S. Surgeon General Jocelyn Elders will be in Raleigh this week to discuss Rep. Earl Jones’ bill on “alternative methods of pain management in medicine,” aka medical marijuana.
Elders is indeed an expert on alternative methods, suggesting that masturbation be taught as part of sex education while serving under the Clinton administration. President Clinton, himself no stranger to alternative methods, fired Elders for her suggestion.
