Does a four-year college education make sense for every high school graduate? Many public officials seem to make that case.

But Jenna Ashley Robinson, campus outreach coordinator for the John W. Pope Center for Higher Education Policy, offered an alternative viewpoint during today’s John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society presentation.
