An honest Medicaid mistake that saved the state $300M through the end of the year

Now that they’ve made it through the FY09 cash flow crisis, the state can pay back the federal government $300 million inadvertently billed from public hospitals in the state. Not saying it was fraud, just that it was a convenient mistake.
