As usual, a kid tells it like it is. The Town of Apex has finally decided to allow kids to play in cul-de-sacs. It has been against the law up until now. Officials who support these kinds of nonsensical prohibitions say it’s all about safety. I say it’s about allowing fear of a minute possibility that somethiing bad will happen to paralyze us. Let the kids play.
