Recently, Vice President of Research, Roy Cordato took on two global warming alarmists on State Government Radio’s “Capital Close-up.”  In what was probably his first – and maybe last – public-debate appearance, the Dean of Duke’s Nicholas School, William Schlesinger teamed up with North Carolina Climate Commission Chair, John Garrou in this heavyweight competition. Yet, it’s not the battle that’s noteworthy.  What’s of more worth is Roy’s comment that proves there really is a real world example that subtraction can come from addition: “The fact that there was two of them and only one of me simply made them twice as wrong.”  As the Irish beer-guzzlers of Guinness fame say – “Brilliant!”
