Writing on his Future of Capitalism blog, Ira Stoll points out that besides the well-known disincentives for businesses to hire “too many” workers or have those they do employ work “too many” hours lest the onerous costs of Obamacare be visited upon them, it also creates disincentives for people who work to earn “too much” money, lest they lose eligibility for Obamacare subsidies.

A lot of otherwise sensible decisions will be altered simply because of the arbitrary cut-off points written into this needless blob of “law.”
