This time it’s developer Randall Kaplan announcing plans for another downtown Greensboro hotel, this one along February One Place (right across the the street from the International Civil Rights Museum) between South Elm and Davie streets.
Kaplan’s announcement comes just days after Roy Carroll announced his plans for a hotel along the 400 block of Eugene Street.
