The Winston-Salem Journal’s James Romoser does a good job writing up yesterday’s N.C. Bar Association debates.
According to Romoser, U.S. Senate candidate Kay Hagan once again refers to the federal 287(g) program as an “unfunded mandate.” It’s hard to tell if she literally thinks that or if it’s another catchphrase.
