I’m so glad Mecklenburg County has sacks of cash just sitting around, ready to be handed out to the highly compensated operators of a failed speculative entertainment venture.
And a $50-day “all access pass” is gonna save the Whitewater Center, huh? Why didn’t they start with that level of pricing if it was so simple? The new approach is just a wild guess, a shot in the dark.
And taxpayers are down-range, catching the bullets.
