Funny how when state or local government wants something done, they turn to a state university to help make the case. Now it is App State and its Energy Center that is ducking the sunshine.
It all has to do with the state’s Climate Action Plan Advisory Group, which hired some consultants, went behind closed doors, and out popped a list of policies for the state to implement. Magic.
