That opinion was included among the latest batch of published Appeals Court opinions. Among the “unpublished” opinions with no precedential value:

  • A unanimous three-judge panel reversed the N.C. Industrial Commission and allowed a lawsuit to proceed against the Union County school board in connection with a 7-year-old student’s bus stop traffic death in 2010.
