Among today’s new rulings from the N.C. Court of Appeals are decisions favoring:
- Wake County public schools in a contract dispute with a teacher,
- Chatham County in a 2006 development dispute, and
- the state in the case of a Caldwell County mother sentenced to life in prison for killing her 11-year-old son and attempting to kill her 16-year-old daughter.
